Sera este el fin de la primera temporada?
El Sargento Chambitas ha cumplido su cometido conmigo, me voy de mi trabajo en busca de una vida mejor.
Pueden leer mi despedida de sasqtcen en http://sasqtcen.blogspot.com/2007/09/despedida-del-benjas.html. Tal vez ahora el blog se llame SasQtSys pero ya se esta haciendo una deformidad...
Asi ke he pensado en finalizar la primera temporada puesto que ya no estare buscando chamba como perro por algun rato.
Sobre la busqueda de chambas, siempre hay periodos buenos y malos, como olvidar cuando acababa de salir de la carrera y tuve que recorrer todo el corredor industrial del bajio distribuyendo curriculums a toda empresa... nadie te hablaba de vuelta. En ese tiempo habia escasez de trabajo para los aventurados que habian estudiado 'la carrera del futuro', la electronica. Y no quedaba mas que jugar Quake III Arena en casa, por cierto ese juego lo termine en 2 semanas en todos los niveles de dificultad, ese es el poder del desempleo.
Ahora no hay dicha escasez, lleva ya varios meses en los cuales el ingeniero de Software es buscado, hay empresas que quieren pagar menos porque deberan pensar ke ya es tiempo de ke la ley de la oferta y la demanda haga lo suyo y abarate dichos empleados y hay otras que quieren iniciar operaciones en este pais y pagan por una base de experiencia. Ustedes sabran a donde se mueven el hecho es que ahora es buen tiempo. Afortunadamente, como ayer lo platicaba con mi amigo Berto, la mayoria de nosotros ya estamos del otro lado y no nos toca salir de la escuela a un sueldo de 9,000 pesos como lo kieren hacer ahora. Nosotros entramos en otra referencia monetaria y en base a esta es que hemos progresado.
Sobre el fin de la primera temporada: si a alguien mas le interesa buscar ofertas y compartirlas a traves de este medio, el espacio esta abierto. De otra manera yo volveria a postear aqui bajo la circunstancia de buscar otro trabajo, cosa que no espero que pase pronto.

La importancia de LinkedIn
Es una red de contactos profesionales a traves de la cual puedes encontrar cientos de personas relacionadas con tu trabajo. Linkedin es una red con tendencias bastante tecnologicas siendo que no es conocido por el gremio que supo ayer de las computadoras.LinkedIn no es Hi5, myspace, last.fm o alguna cuestion de hobbie. Es, ademas de una red de contactos laborales, una base de datos de la cual los reclutadores obtienen candidatos con los perfiles buscados, adicionalmente dichos reclutadores se ponen en contacto con los candidatos que les interesan a traves del mismo LinkedIn el cual te avisa a ti x correo.
LinkedIn es muy parecido a un Curriculum Vitae compartido pero solamente con la gente que te interesa. La red de LinkedIn se compone de contactos que voluntariamente te invitan o aceptan invitaciones tuyas a formar parte de esta red. Una vez que tienes contactos, tambien tienes la posibilidad de ver quienes son los contactos de tus contactos. Asi existen contactos primarios, secundarios y terciarios. Y todos ellos tienen acceso directo a tu perfil.
Tambien tiene la posibilidad de mostrarte quienes de tu trabajo y de los anteriores o de tu escuela estan en LinkedIn, algo muy simple y practico para tener organizados tus contactos laborales.
Por cierto, Microsoft, Google, Symantec y otros estan contactando gente a traves de LinkedIn.
